Exactly What Does A Healthy Body Mean?
That Old British word for ‘health’ was simply hale, meaning ‘wholeness’ or just being whole, seem, or well.
A far more modern definition produced through the World Health Organization states that… “health is really a condition of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and never just the lack of disease or infirmity.”
More lately the meaning presented through the WHO claims that health isn’t a: “condition of complete physical, mental and social well-being: Neither is it “just the lack of disease or infirmity.”

Mental health features a person’s cognitive and emotional well-being. An individual who doesn’t enjoy good mental health normally has some kind of mental disorder.
